Rivi began as a consumer travel app built around conversational search, recommendations and trip planning - years before generative ai.
we built our own NLP, dialogue systems and flight + hotel recommendation engines from the ground up.
we expanded into custom ai and technology, building production products for companies including Ford, Decathlon and 30+ others.
our teams shipped complex web, mobile and ai systems, several reaching 1m+ users.
as generative ai changed how people interacted with technology, travel companies started looking for the capabilities we had been building for years.
we turned that experience and IP into a B2B travel ai platform. soon after, Priceline engaged Rivi to help build its ai travel planning assistant.
