when you contact us, book a demo or request access to an evaluation environment, we collect the information you provide - name, work email, company, role and your message. we also collect standard usage analytics on this site (pages viewed, interactions with product menus and demos) to understand what's useful.
to respond to you, run the demo or evaluation you asked for, and improve the site and our products. we do not enroll you in marketing communications by default, and we do not sell your personal information.
the Rivi sandbox exists so you can evaluate the products. do not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information into a sandbox unless your agreement with Rivi, Inc. specifically provides a data-handling arrangement designed for it.
we use the minimum necessary to make the site work and to measure it. if Rivi ever deploys advertising or tracking technology that constitutes a "sale" or "share" under california law, we will implement the appropriate opt-out controls before enabling it.
